The Sky is expansive, so are our opportunities. Goal for today: Try to notice the color in your everyday life. It is rather impressive. Today's goal: Forgive the hurt someone has made you feel. Let go of the hurt, and you will feel more free. Goal for today: Instead of getting angry, try to understand others' actions and reactions. I love reading children's books to my daughter because they are so positive and colorful. More adult books should be made in these ways. Why only be happy and merry during the holidays? Why not be happy and merry all year long? :) Goal for today: Think of 5 things in your life that you are blessed to have (parents, children, family, shelter, career, ect). Goal of the day: Wear a smile on your face today. It will brighten your day, and the days of the people who see you. Start a smile chain. :) Goal for today: If you get stressed, take 3 deep breaths. Each time you exhale, visualize all the tension in your body leaving with the air. Goal for today: Try to look at the world through the eyes of a child. The world will be filled with wonder and fascination. Goal for today: Try not to rush so much. Take time to get where you need to be and do what you need to get done. Your head will be clearer. Good morning sun. You give life to every being on the planet, and so I am thankful to you. Today's goal: Spend a little time outside. Being outside helps to ground us and reconnect us with nature. Good morning beautiful world and beautiful souls. I am giving you a goal for today: Try to do at least one nice thing for someone else. Spread positive karma. I saw shooting stars tonight and the stars were so bright. When I look at the stars, I don't just see lights, I see infinite possibilities. Add Comment  While examining a piece of Labradorite during a meditation, something occurred to me… When you look at a Labradorite at the correct angle, you see a beautiful flash of brilliant light and color. When you do not have the light hitting the stone in a specific way, the flash is not visible. However, even when we cannot see the flash, the underlying mineralogical makeup, which makes the flash appear, is still there. This can be applied to our lives. Sometimes when things are going really well, we are so thankful to the Divine for all of our blessings. However, sometimes things do not go so well. During these times, we forget about the Divine and how truly amazing life is. However, just because we cannot see the beautiful flash at that moment, does not mean that it is not there. When things seem to be going awry, remember Labradorite. The underpinning of all the wonder and amazement of life is still there, we just aren’t looking at it from the right angle. Readjust your inner vision, and you will be able to see the flash again. | Mystic Autumn
